Ever worried an AI agent would run off and do whatever it wants? Not here. This is Stage 03 of a real build: the Owner Review Gate. Keyword research, proper headers, content structure: all of it stops at your desk for a yes or a no before anything goes live. You draft the rules, the agent does the work, and nothing moves forward without owner sign-off. For small and medium-sized businesses, brands, teams, and entrepreneurs: this is what “AI with a leash” looks like in practice.

Ever wonder how businesses seem to be moving exponentially while you feel stuck, overwhelmed, and not at the pace you want? MARBLISM AI Agents: a small team with more support. For small and medium-sized businesses, brands, teams, and entrepreneurs. If you aren't on board, your competition may be. You owe it to yourself to see how AI agents can help your business and teams do more with less. The age of AI agents is here.

The New Social Media Agency: A Human Strategist and an AI Team

If you manage social media for multiple clients, time is always the bottleneck. This session shows how a full AI team (specialized agents for social content, SEO and blogs, websites, prospecting, and coordination) works together around one strategist. See how a single client request turns into campaigns, creative concepts, blog content and web updates, and what changes when you're running five, ten or twenty accounts.

The AI Team Behind Sherri's Real Estate Business

Sherri Parsons walks through the AI team behind her Hampton Roads real estate practice: contracts processed end to end, deadlines auto-placed on her calendar, a legal assistant trained on her contracts and Virginia law, and a morning lead-generation run over public records, tax and permit data, pre-foreclosure and probate notices.

She Built an Entire AI Team in 30 Minutes

Maralea Norden, CEO of The Home Economy Project, describes going from 15–16 hour days to done by 5pm: posts scheduled, blogs published, outreach running and contracts drafted. Her nonprofit runs with three part-time volunteers.

Deploying Your SEO Blog Writer: How Penny Scales Your Brand Voice

See how an AI blog writer takes on the content work end to end: researching, drafting and publishing in the company's voice, while the founder stays focused on strategy and clients. One employee, one job done properly, every week.

From Two People to a Full AI Marketing Team

Buffy Payne, of Few / Fellowship of Extraordinary Women in Atlanta, describes what Marblism did for her organization: going from a two-person show to a whole social media team, organized email, and Friday gathering attendance that grew from about 20 to over 60, as she reports it.

From Can't Keep Up to Three Posts a Week

The owner of Attractive Home, a residential cleaning company taking a holistic, lifestyle-brand approach, describes her own experience: after several generic social media services and trying to post on her own, she now runs a Monday concept meeting with her social media agent, who fine-tunes her photos and schedules Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday posts, alongside an executive-agent-style assistant who organizes her inbox and preps her email correspondence.

30 Days With AI Employees

Four options: 01 through 03, engage us to help you; or option 04, sign up and do it yourself.

We offer a free 30-minute call before you decide. Call +1 770-764-3161.

Start by launching the first live agent. From there, we launch all agents meaningful for your business or brand. As live agents earn their place in your business, you can discuss with us to continue with an optional retainer for tuning, measurement, and accountability.

01

The build (30 to 50 hours of direct ZOOTmarketing time)

Define the job, build the workflow, test it with your AI team, and get the agents live, including Webmaster, SEO/Blogger, and Social Media Manager. Test and retest.

02

Optional hand-off & training

After bringing your AI agents to life, connecting the plugins, and setting up the guidelines and rules, we’ll onboard your executive assistant and Rachel, your receptionist. If needed, we’ll also rebuild your website or start a new one.

We’ll begin the handoff and training process with you and/or your team, transferring a functioning AI agent system designed around your business and brand.

03

Optional ongoing retainer

Each month, tune the agents daily or weekly as the business changes and as needed, review what the AI agents produce, and keep the implementation accountable.

You set the rules and guidelines. This means blogs and social media posts can be automated or held for your approval before posting.

Manage the AI agents, what they produce, and their outcomes.

In our experience, the first two months of building, ramping up, testing, and deploying live agents can require more hours than the 40-hour monthly plan. You can choose monthly, quarterly, or annual billing; annual plans offer the biggest discount.

We recommend starting with the annual 40-hour-per-month plan. If you need more hours, you can upgrade to 70 hours and pay the difference, then move to 100 hours if needed. Once you’re live and using fewer hours, you can downgrade at renewal.

This guidance reflects our experience deploying agents for ourselves and our clients. We’re happy to discuss it in a free 30-minute pre-onboarding call, even before you sign up.
