AI Agents, with a job to do

Putting
AI Agents
To Work

ZOOTmarketing helps small businesses and brands decide where an AI agent actually earns its keep, build it around a useful job, and stay accountable for whether it works.

The working rhythm

Advisor, then implementer

We do not just recommend. We decide where the work belongs, build the first useful version, and stay accountable for what happens next.

  1. 01

    Understand the business

Find where AI fits, where it does not, and which constraints the agent must respect.

  2. 02

    Choose the sequence

Choose the single agent to build first and define what it must achieve.

  3. 03

    Execute and learn

Implement it, measure the signal, and tune it until the result is useful in the real business.

A practical engagement

Build the first one. Keep improving.

Start with a fixed-scope build to get the first agent live. Then, if the work earns a place in the business, continue with an optional retainer for tuning, measurement, and accountability.

01

Fixed-scope build

Define the job, build the workflow, test it with your team, and get the first agent live with a clear measure of success.

02

Optional ongoing retainer

Tune the agent as the business changes, review what it is producing, and keep the implementation accountable to the outcome.

The right agent should make the business more responsive, not more complicated.

The useful jobs

Where an agent actually pays off

01

Answering inbound enquiries

Keep an enquiry from sitting unanswered overnight or through a busy week, with a useful first response that buys your team time.

02

Chasing the leads nobody gets to

Put systematic follow-up behind the leads already coming in, so good opportunities do not quietly go cold.

03

Producing content and SEO at volume

Create consistent, optimised content without adding headcount, while keeping the thinking and standards human-led.

04

Email briefings, scheduling and meeting notes

Get the daily inbox summarised before you open it, appointments and meetings scheduled without the back-and-forth, and Zoom meetings joined, noted and turned into a clean summary with next steps.

05

Designing, publishing and managing your social media, blogs and web site. All under one roof.

Every week brings the same churn: something to write, design, schedule and publish across social, the blog and the website, usually spread across several people, several tools and several weeks. The agent drafts the posts, articles and page copy, edits and sizes the imagery, schedules it all to a plan rather than a burst of energy, and keeps every channel consistent with the brand. One roof means social media, the blog and the website say the same thing, in one voice, on one calendar, instead of three disconnected efforts that never quite line up. Consistent publishing compounds: visibility grows, search and social reinforce each other, and your brand stays in front of the right people while you do the work you actually get paid for.

06

A central brain behind all of it

Connecting tools is not the same as automating a business. Everything feeds one central brain holding the context of the business — the inbox, the calendar, the files, the pipeline, the books — instead of a pile of disconnected bots. Shared context means one request is handled end to end, rather than passing a message along. More integrations on their own are just more surface area: one agent, one brain, doing a job you can measure.

The connections

It plugs into what you already use

An agent is far more useful when it can reach the tools your business already runs on. That means no new software to learn and no re-platforming just to make the workflow work. We connect the useful job to the systems already carrying the work.

  • Dropbox
  • Zoom
  • QuickBooks
  • GitHub
  • Google Drive
  • Google Calendar
  • Gmail
  • Microsoft Outlook
  • HubSpot
  • Slack
  • Stripe
  • Notion

The platform connects to many of the most popular business tools — inboxes, calendars, files, accounting, code, payments, messaging and your CRM. If one you rely on isn't on the list, we'll tell you straight and find the best route in.

Security

Your business data, and how it is protected

If your email, bookkeeping, personal information or client information goes through an AI agent, it is fair to ask what happens to it.

Here is how the platform handles the data around your workspace, connected accounts and agent actions.

  • Encryption

Data is encrypted with TLS 1.2+ in transit and AES-256 at rest.

  • Key management

Encryption keys are held in cloud-native key management, rotated on a documented schedule and not exposed to staff.

  • Where it runs

It is hosted on Amazon Web Services in regions carrying SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 attestations.

  • Independently assessed

It is CASA Tier 2 certified, assessed by TAC Security against OWASP standards, with annual third-party penetration testing and quarterly internal reviews.

  • Workspace isolation

Each customer's workspace is isolated at the application, database, queue and storage layers, and agents can only ever see data inside the workspace they belong to, never another customer's.

  • Connected accounts

Account connections and access tokens are encrypted and stored separately from your content.

  • Payments

Card data is not handled directly; payments run through Stripe, which is PCI DSS Level 1 compliant.

  • Not used for training

Your prompts, documents, emails, calls and outputs are never used to train models, and the AI providers it routes through operate under no-training contracts.

  • Compliance

It is designed to align with GDPR and CCPA/CPRA, with data deleted within 30 days of workspace deactivation unless retention is legally required.

  • Your approval first

The agent asks before it sends an email or posts publicly, and sensitive actions wait for your approval.

  • Monitoring

Centralised logging, anomaly detection and on-call monitoring run around the clock, with WAF, rate limiting and DDoS protection on endpoints.

A clear point of view

What we don't do

No hype.

We don't make staffing decisions. We make staff and consultants more efficient. We add capability and take the workload off your staff and consultants, so your business can get on with what matters to you.

No agent without a measurable job to do.

No AI for its own sake.

A transparent partnership

Why we chose MARBLISM

We are a MARBLISM affiliate partner. We did not pick a platform by default: we looked at the alternatives and chose MARBLISM for the work we do.

We will explain that choice honestly, including when it is not the right fit. Talk to us and we’ll walk you through why we chose MARBLISM over the alternatives — and when we wouldn’t.

More useful jobs

The rest of the workload

The first three jobs are the ones that hurt fastest; these are the next ones, once the first agent is working.

Reporting and visibility

The numbers pulled together on their own, so you can see what is actually working without chasing a spreadsheet.

Admin and operations

The repetitive back-office work that eats a day a week, handled in the background.

After the sale

Support questions, follow-up and onboarding answered consistently, so customers do not go quiet.

Internal knowledge

The answers your team keeps re-asking, available without interrupting you.

Alignment, sequence. Not activity.

One agent, not a silo

An agent is not a separate track bolted onto the business. The same alignment still applies: messaging, website, SEO, content, paid advertising, funnels and email all supporting the same goal. An agent that answers enquiries is only as good as the funnel feeding it.

That is why agent work belongs inside the wider service rhythm, with the job and the route to the result clear from the start.

Who it fits

Who this is for

  • Entrepreneurs and founders
  • Small and medium-sized businesses
  • Established brands
  • In-house marketing or sales teams

For both product-based and service-based businesses: you already have a website, social accounts, ads or email in place, but the pieces are disconnected or underperforming.

Start with the part of the workload that should not need you every time.
